In a constantly evolving environment marked by uncertainty and disruption, organizations face increasingly complex challenges. Economic and performance indicators alone are no longer sufficient. To remain sustainable and competitive, organizations must become both learning-oriented and agile.

Organizational coaching supports organizations in identifying their internal resources and developing their own responses to structural or operational dysfunctions. The objective is to strengthen organizational self-awareness, autonomy and collective responsibility.

Such interventions require a highly specialized architecture and design. Delivered by a team of experienced coaches and consultants, the process enables action at multiple levels of the organization to support strategic evolution, leadership transitions, cultural transformation and organizational change.

Who is it for?

An organization is a complex system composed of structured sub-systems (teams), themselves made up of individuals working toward a shared purpose, sometimes referred to as a meta-team.

Organizational coaching may apply to an entire company, a public institution, a professional body, a non-profit organization or any collective system engaged in large-scale transformation.

It is designed for senior leaders who seek to support their organization through collective change initiatives, mobilizing energy, addressing resistance, strengthening alignment and accountability, and creating new momentum.

Mergers and acquisitions, cultural transformation, changes in market positioning or governance, strategic repositioning, diversification or refocusing initiatives, and major transformation programs are all examples of critical situations in which coaching proves indispensable.

What is it for?

  • Support large-scale organizational transformation
  • Co-create alignment around a strategic ambition or transition
  • Identify parallel processes and sources of resistance to change
  • Enable effective execution of strategic initiatives
  • Strengthen organizational resilience and adaptability

Practical framework

Organizations naturally tend toward self-regulation. The role of the coach is therefore to help the system see itself more clearly, to reveal its patterns, strengths, limitations, obstacles and potential, so that it can identify and implement its own solutions and continuously generate new options for change.

Our approach is global and systemic. In close collaboration with the steering committee, we co-design and scale a tailored intervention architecture based on an analysis of the initial request and the organization’s needs.

The engagement is designed to address the organization, in all its complexity and diversity, with the objective of engaging all levels of the system as active contributors to the required evolution, transition or transformation.

Following the needs analysis and formal contracting (objectives, success indicators and operating framework), the intervention may include:

  • Executive coaching (strategic reflection and positioning)
  • Executive team coaching (decision-making processes and alignment)
  • Management coaching (operational implementation of change)
  • Team coaching (collective maturity and effectiveness)

At the conclusion of the engagement, a final review is conducted with the senior leader and the executive team to assess outcomes, both qualitative and quantitative, against the agreed objectives.
