What we collect
The contact form collects your name, your email address, the subject of your message and the message itself. All four are needed in order to reply to you, and the form cannot be sent without them.
Your IP address is recorded automatically and briefly, solely to limit abuse of the form. It is never used to identify you or to build a profile.
Your language preference is stored in your browser so the site opens in the language you picked. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Purpose and legal basis
What you send is used for one purpose only: to read your enquiry and answer it. It is never used for marketing, never sold, and never shared for advertising.
The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the contact form before sending it. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to the address above.
Who receives it
Your message is read by the publisher. It is transmitted and stored by IONOS, which provides this site’s hosting and mailbox and acts as a processor on the publisher’s behalf. IONOS operates within the European Union.
No data collected through this site is transferred outside the European Union, and none of it is passed to any other third party.
How long we keep it
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted.
IP addresses recorded by the form’s anti-abuse protection are kept for twelve months at most.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict how it is used, receive it in a portable format, or object to its use. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising and no social media trackers, and it loads no third-party scripts or fonts.
The only thing kept in your browser is your language preference, which is needed for the site to behave as you asked and is therefore exempt from prior consent.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Messages sent through the contact form travel over an authenticated, encrypted link to the mailbox, and the form is rate-limited to deter automated abuse.
