Executive coaching
In the face of competitive pressure, shareholder expectations and organizational demands, senior leaders often operate in a position of profound isolation. Alone with the complexity of their responsibilities, the weight of their decisions and the constant evolution of their environment, they must act faster and more frequently, while also navigating their own doubts and critical questions.
Many operate in a state of permanent urgency, struggling to prioritize effectively, anticipate and implement necessary changes, manage risks, communicate a clear strategic vision, mobilize their teams and, more broadly, reconnect with the meaning and value of their leadership.
Highly specialized, executive coaching provides a confidential space for reflection and perspective, a place for thoughtful questioning and constructive challenge that enables leaders to step back, broaden their perspective and strengthen alignment, clarity and performance.

Who is it for?
Unlike managers, senior executives have full responsibility for defining their objectives, their strategy and the means to achieve them. Authority brings autonomy, and often, solitude.
Executive coaching is designed for leaders who are questioning the alignment between the strategic, organizational, relational and behavioural dimensions of their leadership.
In this context, our ambition is to offer a highly personalized partnership that helps leaders navigate uncertainty and ambiguity, position themselves in relation to the challenges facing their organization, question their strategic posture and leadership impact, reflect on their value contribution, surface new options and, finally, align the different dimensions of their leadership in support of both personal effectiveness and sustainable organizational performance.
What is it for?
- Addressing isolation, doubt and complex decision-making
- Challenging and strengthening their strategic posture
- Clarifying their leadership value and impact
- Adjusting behaviour and communication
- Effectively communicating and embodying their strategic vision
Practical framework
By bringing an external perspective to the system, the coach expands the client’s frame of reference. The coach is not a consultant, not an industry expert and does not provide ready-made solutions. Instead, the coach facilitates exploration beyond conventional thinking, questioning assumptions, certainties and established patterns that often maintain the status quo and limit change.
Executive coaching engagements are structured as follows:
The request typically comes directly from the executive. As there is no organizational prescription, the process does not involve a tripartite meeting.
This demanding one-to-one work is built around multiple perspectives, including contextual analysis, clarification of desired outcomes, systemic mapping of stakeholders and dynamics, identification of key issues, exploration of scenarios and development of action strategies.
Each session focuses on a situation selected by the client and aligned with their strategic, organizational, relational or behavioural priorities, as well as the coherence of their leadership posture. Attention is given to explicit and underlying expectations, areas of vulnerability, stakeholder relationships and power dynamics, and individual and organizational stakes.
Highly personalized, executive coaching combines immediacy and flexibility. Depending on priorities, constraints and availability, the format may include in-person sessions, videoconferencing or phone conversations.
The number and duration of sessions are agreed during the initial discussion.
Depending on the topics addressed, the coach may use strategic questioning, reflective dialogue, exploration of mental models, systemic perspectives, paradoxical interventions, or specific action assignments. Sessions typically alternate between listening and clarification, analysis or constructive challenge, the introduction of new frameworks, feedback and action planning.
